I hate to say it but I wouldn’t be shocked if we’re still searching for our first South title 20 years from now.

I want to win for 3 reasons.

Bragging rights because I believe the rivalry is materializing.

To get as high a ranking as possible as it helps recruiting.

To hopefully avoid “The Veg” so we can play in a decent bowl against a good P5 team. (I think they may well stick us there regardless though.

I think there’s a lack of activity on all Ute boards. We’ve got to be the most fragmented fan base around.

I’m actually into the Colorado game this year for the first time. I think this is the year it transforms from a contrived rivalry to a real one.

I knew I’d forget some obvious ones. The TCU and OSU games in 08, the bowl against Arizona, the first 34-31 game, the 57-28 game.

I don’t understand why they even want to play us. I guess they want more excuses to play the persecution card, bitch about the refs and fabricate outrageous stories about Ute fan behaviour.

My favorite game is the Sugar Bowl butt as far as pure excitement these come to mind:

I talked to someone in the line at the UW game who knows Dr Hill very well. He said Hill absolutely doesn’t want to schedule byu in FB or BB anymore but he is forced to by people in “high places”.

To even have a prayer at this wed have to utterly destroy CU. Even then I don’t see it.
