How do you expect some to keep the drama up in the Fan World with you spewing facts like that?

pedro replied to the topic Rising not on 2025 Roster in the forum Football 1 week, 1 day ago
His words immediately thereafter were “so you can read into that”. That was followed by (paraphrased) “That’s on Cam to make that known.”
If he’s not on the roster and we can read into it that makes the assumption pretty obvious.

That was Whit flat out telling us, without telling us out right, that Cam is NOT coming back. He knows it’s Cam’s place to announce that, BUT he isn’t waiting around. He wants to make it known due to the criticism a lot of fans have given him regarding Cam’s injuries.
Regarding Cam, he changed Utah football and showed us what could be with the…[Read more]

I loved that he builds the O around the best players on the team and what they do well. That seems common sense, but was one of the frustrations I had with Lud’s offense. Have post injury Kuithe run an end around is a great example of NOT DOING this. I love BK, but he was much slower post injury but we kept running the plays he excelled at…[Read more]

No offense, but I disagree with almost all of this. From my perspective….
1-Utah sports are doing good (except for the two biggies), but how much of that was him? Gymnastic almost tanked, but under the threats of lawsuits, he finally took action. Men’s baseball has tanked under him. Women’s BBGym was already at the top of their game. He…[Read more]

That place is as loud, as rocking and as lively as they come. It’s the losing that hurts.

pedro replied to the topic Status of Utah football in the forum Football 2 weeks, 3 days ago
I’m not that worried. We’ve lost a lot of guys on defense before, and though we might not have been as strong the next year, we were still a decent defensive team.
As for the O, that is the big question mark. I think we will be better, but by how much?

pedro replied to the topic Conjecture: Why the Utah coaches may have been willing to let Tanuvasa go… in the forum Football 1 month ago
Reality is Whit is working with a limited amount of funds. You see our AD was busy trying to increase our revenue in dimes from our fans, when he should have been working the philanthropist for dollars. Now we’re scrambling to make up our loses and it won’t happen this year, or even next. To be frank, may not happen until we get a new AD andor president

I think Calhoun’s desire to get more $ just landed him in a tough spot as I’m not sure he did enough to get more elsewhere and the door is quickly closing to come back here.
There’s a moral to that story somewhere that we should all ponder.
But, just the same, I would love for him to land a spot back here.

pedro replied to the topic What were the rumors about Wilson? in the forum Football 1 month, 1 week ago
Summary:
He was really good in practice but not so much on game day
Teammates saw this right away and thought that Rose should be the back up
Ludwig stuck with him despite other players coming to Lud with concerns
IW then proved them right on the field and apparently in the “locker room” as well
After he was pulled in the Houston game, he…[Read more] -

Has nothing to do with morals, beliefs, etc..
It’s 100% about big pharma. Do the research. Pharma couldn’t make money off of it and planted these ideas (morals) into our minds. It’s similar to the concept that fat is bad for you. We all still believe that even though research suggest otherwise.

pedro replied to the topic Did Bronco want Beck? in the forum Football 1 month, 1 week ago
Bronco wanted him and knew at that point he was going to USU (were working out details), but Utah made a much larger offer. It was a no brainer.

pedro replied to the topic Why would an OC who has designed a fast-paced offense want to coach under Whitt? in the forum Football 1 month, 3 weeks ago
Proud, you’re a better man than to post drivel in this way.
Fact is he interviewed knowing the situation and was seriously contemplating it. OU is closer to home, gives him a higher profile, same salary and additional incentive cash. But let’s not let facts stand in our narratives way.

pedro replied to the topic New OC? And QB transfer? in the forum Football 1 month, 3 weeks ago
It’s a tired thought that Whit haters like to hang on to. “I hope Whit let’s him run his offense” just tells me how people don’t know jack shit about the program. I literally had a guy at the last home game say this, then complain that Whit, and I quote, “played over 280 rounds of golf this summer” when he should have been recruiting. No matter…[Read more]

Good theory except for Wilson has said that Lud played a huge role in his recruitment and members of the offense said that wilson was clearly Lud’s guy despite what they saw.

I’ve made it no secrete on here that I am a Whit apologist. I used to have pretty good ties to the program. So good that I was sitting behind Whit, Chris Hill and Larry Scott, among others at a Lakers game in LA in 2009 when they were discussing the PAC expansion and working through the details. This was almost a year before it was announced.…[Read more]
