Wow. Well thought out. Carrington seems poised to have an incredible season then (assuming no double team as a result). I’m happy Whitt didn’t let Carrington’s career get screwed over bc of a stupid mistake.

Brian Johnson, Jordan Wynn, Travis Wilson … they all started young. Whitt picking Huntley would not be a sign of him doing anything differently.

And then when you add cost of living on top of that, it would be pretty pricey for a California school to get Whitt to leave. Pretty sure he will retire a Utah Man.

I definitely agree with you on this @utebc. BYU is our number one rival, and their coaching position would be for lower pay and less national pedigree.
