I saw that yesterday. That said, after playing Colorado this weekend, we won’t have the #1-ranked SOS anymore. The zoobs’ SOS currently ranks 7th, and that could go up after playing Oklahoma St.

I don’t know if their SOS will overtake ours, but if it does, it’ll drop back down again after our bowl game.

I could live with that. I’d probably even go.

If you like Chinese, I recommend the Panda House. The beef there is so tender, you could cut it with a plastic fork. And it’s conveniently located about a 10-min walk from the stadium.

Not sliding is not a good thing. He won’t be taking on high school boys at the next level, and we’ve seen what happens when we have to go to the bench. We’re already down to our #3 as it is. Talented as Barnes may be, but that Oregon St game could have gone a different way with Rising under Center.

There are some people on this board that don’t like “afternoon” games. I personally prefer afternoon games.

One of my good friends from high school, who is a UCLA alumnus, also went on and on at how Utah (football) has had their number, and how much respect he has for our program.

Boulder was my favorite road trip back when I was playing lacrosse at the U. I love Boulder!

I’d have preferred they’d kept the Utah-Colorado game instead of Utah-TSPP.

Not so. Jordan Wynn was a very good QB. His problem was that he was too fragile. Also, Travis Wilson. With him, it wasn’t that we didn’t sign a good QB. It was that we DID sign Aaron Roderick as his position coach.

Since joining the Pac-12, Utah has gone 3-2 (.600) in Corvallis, and this is probably the best “Oregon St” team we will have faced. That’s enough to make me nervous.

We should invite Wazzu and Ore St one day after the Pac-12 folds. That way, they’ll be sole owner of the PACN, and can negotiate their entrance into the Big 12 by bringing it with them. We can then rebrand it, and lease it to ESPN — like we should have done all along, and the SECN had always done.

Utah will move up to #10 in the AP, and #9 in the Coaches poll.

UCLA could lose in triple-OT to the #11 team in the country, and still drop out of the polls. They’re at #22. There’s no margin for error for the Bruins. Just look who’s behind them…

If Colo beats Ore, and Utah beats UCLA, Utah will move ahead of Ore in the polls. If Ore beats CU, Utah won’t. And CU might even drop out of the polls entirely, which isn’t good for the Pac-12.

FWIW, Colorado abandoned the Pac-12 before Oregon did. Had CU (and Ariz) not panicked to flipped to the Big 12, it’s unlikely the BigTen would have swooped in to snatch up UWa and UO, and we wouldn’t have been stuck having to join the worst P5 league in the country.
