It’s not in Utah’s interests for Stanford to upset Washington.  We don’t play Stanford, so we’ll need Washington ranked as high as possible by the time we play them.  And since both UW and SU play in the North, the outcome of that game would have no impact on our ability to win the South.

One needn’t be able to properly spell “Lynyrd Skynyrd” to attend one of their concerts.  Have you ever BEEN to one of those concerts?  Half the attendees can’t even spell their OWN name!  It’s about “music”; not “literacy”.

I disagree.  I just don’t see FCS teams providing Utah with enough of a challenge that it helps us raise our game to the level necessary to compete with our conference brethren.  All it does is make us feel overconfident.  Body bag games should be schools like SJSU, UNLV, Wyo, UTEP, UTSA, SMU, Rice, Tulane, FAU, and/or FIU.  And MAYBE UMass.  We…[Read more]
