I used to play Midfielder for the Utes back when I was a student there, during our “club” days. I LOVE Lacrosse! I’d totally go if I didn’t live all the way back here in Philadelphia. And last I’d heard, tickets were only $8 anyway.
That said, depending on my work schedule/work load, I’ll DEFINITELY be making at least ONE trip this season to…[Read more]

You didn’t predict anything. You just made some vague comment about having “sunshine on a rainy day”. And that didn’t mean anything. You were exposed as a know-nothing fraud, so don’t try to take credit for Olaseni’s signing. You didn’t know.

As disappointed as I was to see Tuttle transferring out, the acquisition of Rising sure smoothed things out nicely for us. And as had already been mentioned, his 235-lbs frame spells “durability” — something we haven’t had at the QB spot since Travis Wilson.
That said, in order to fully exploit Rising’s talented arm, we’re really going to need…[Read more]

How would the grad program exemption apply for someone who’d only completed 1 semester of college? If Rising were to have loaded up on classes via completing 20-hrs/semester, at best he’d be an “academic Junior” by the opening kickoff this Fall.
I don’t see any possible way the NCAA would deem Rising eligible for the 2019 season.

cjd1:
The answer to your question is “yes”. Sports like Gymnastics, Ice Skating, Diving, and Freestyle Skiing/Snowboarding have somewhat of an “arbitrary” scoring system, where 5 judges can see the exact same thing, yet award 5 different point levels. And it’s long been reported that east coast judges are more generous with their scoring. But…[Read more]

Per ESPN, they pay out “nearly $4 million/yr”. But that figure doesn’t include the additional $50 million /yr in super-secret “imaginary” revenue that nobody outside of zoobnation can corroborate, but that everybody INSIDE of zoobnation knows for a fact it’s real.

Getting Darren Jones’ signature might be the most important signing of the 2nd signing period, but I don’t believe that he’ll be able to contribute immediately. Because while at 6-9, he has great “length”, his 185-lbs reflects poor “size” for “Pac-12” play. He’ll get lit up by every LB and FS/SS in the league. He’ll need to get into the gym.…[Read more]
