On paper I’d go with Oklahoma State as they have the advantage playing Utah at home when they meet in September. That said, it is OkState and Ok State has a tendency to get up for big games, like vs Oklahoma, then lay an egg vs weaker competition, witness South Alabama, Iowa State and UCF in 2023. Two of those bad games were in September so…[Read more]

Eric Weddle named to Senior Bowl Hall of Fame
Incredible Honor @seniorbowl. Thank you. Does not happen without my teammates/coaches on the field and my family supporting me off. I'm looking forward to coming out in June! https://t.co/tanlULZeT0

Right, sorry, don’t mean to say they unnecessarily built her up, but just that her feats were widely publicized and well know even outside of typical college basketball fan circles.

I guess it shows the value of “star power” in sports; they built up Caitlyn Clark so much they brought viewers in to watch her play and see if she could win a championship. I guess its a good argument for NIL, by itself Iowa women’s basketball is not the draw but the personal story.
To me the biggest crime is that the NCAA men’s tournament…[Read more]

I think the writer is correctly recognizing that the Holy War outcome is not always logical based on team strengths and records and that Utah needs to win this year to remain in contention for the top spot, especially given the game against OkState is on the road.

They’ve pegged you as a donor so they are going to keep hitting you up for $$. Hopefully the “unsubs” register with them. I don’t donate to CC, since I live out of state, just some to my college, and don’t get a huge amount of extraneous requests, phone calls can be a bit irritating, though. There is a development officer who sometimes comes…[Read more]

one thing with the move to the Big-12 you’ll see some good baseball coming to town, such as TCU, TTech, WVaU and Baylor, in addition to the Arizona schools.

His name always reminded me the of the mythical “Captain Tuttle” character on M*A*S*H.
Didn’t the Utes miss out on some other quality QB’s who didn’t come to Utah since Tuttle was supposed to be a 3-year starter? -

Nice catch for a TD today for the Colts, but he landed on his arm awkwardly. He did not re-appear after being taken to the locker room for examination. X-rays did not show a break (forearm previously had surgery for fracture).

Or gymnasts climbing into Ram 1500’s? Do they get the cheater steps?
I read somewhere that Ram trucks are stacking up on dealers’ lots and they are becoming desperate to move them given today’s high prices and high interest rates.
