ya the 12 team playoff would be pretty interesting this year.
would be something like, UGA, OSU, FSU, UW on byes for top 4.
first round be mich vs tulane, bama vs mizz, oreg vs louisville, texas vs osupretty exciting and unique matchups
honestly I think we will probably get into the top 12 next year in the big 12. We just faced one of hardest schedules ever with massive critical injuries and are doing well considering. We return a ton of players and have young guys that got tons of experience this year.

osu doesn’t need to beat washington. They need to beat oregon and lose to washington for it all to work out.
If they beat washington and lose to oregon then its either oreg/osu depending on if oreg beats asu. This weekend we want ASU, washington, utah, and usc to all. The usc game doesn’t totally matter tho. If it ends up a 4 way tie breaker I think we would still come out on top but im not totally sure.

The other awesome play call was the Barnes qb run for the td. It looks almost like the same play they called for rising last year on the 2 pt conversion to go ahead. It’s either a single read then qb run or it’s just a well disguised qb delay up the middle. Both times the qb waits just a second to allow the Wr to run outs and clear the middle then qb takes off.

Ya it could definitely come down to multiple team tie at 7-2. There’s no way to predict how that would shake out this early.

I would guess we go up to 14 and they drop to 15. There were a couple losses ahead of us and now we both have one loss and ours will likely be higher rank than theirs.

Wash in Seattle is going to be very hard to win without developing an air attack somehow.
Usc is beatable. Losing to Nd who plays very similar ball to us.
Asu is a win.
Oregon is a tough game again.
Colorado is a win.
Arizona is all over the place but it’s a freshman qb and we tend to mess those guys up so I’ll say thats a win.
If we can go 2-1 against Uw, sc and oregon we will be in the champ game. But that is a tall task without more passing yards. I suspect we can beat oregon at home but not sure we can split the road games.
Honestly tho if we do end up losing only 2 more with all the injuries and struggles I would call this season a big success at 9-3. There’s also still a chance a 6-3 team gets into the champ game but it would require a lot of chaos.

They lost to an average Mississippi State team and only beat Stanford by one point. I think they are very susceptible. Although fifita seems quite a bit more dynamic than Delaura.

Great Block by Glover on the 72 yard touchdown by vaki. He is the lead blocker that takes out the end contain. Awesome play.

Nebraska, Oregon and Michigan all held them to under 30.
our defense is at least as good as those teams. We should be able to replicate.
Also statistically speaking we are the best pass rush defense they have faced and should be able to disrupt their timing with pressure.
Their defense is terrible against the run. Any Oregon and Michigan gashed them with physical play. Thomas, pledger and bernard will have lots of room to break open. I’m sure the coaches are pulling film and will replicate Michigan’s attack. They do similar things as us and use “big” te as additional run blockers to gain double teams. Our offense should easily score 30.
I think the matchup is certainly in their favor but not by much. And honestly if we play with the Ccg intensity I’m not sure Osu will hang. I
