I would let the entire offensive staff go. It isn’t going to happen under Whitt, especially his brother. Our RBs have not been nearly as productive under Ganther. Our Oline has also been a disappointment to me.

Beck’s RPO offense needs a good running QB and Cam was exactly that until the Penn State game.

No way Cam stays at Utah with an offensive system that requires the QB to run.

I will always fondly remember the 2021 and 2022 seasons with Cam rising at the helm. They were funs seasons with some very memorable games.

He is the second highest recruit Iowa State has ever signed. He is 6’7″. He did not get much playing time this season.

At QB:

Bottari is a senior.
Wilson to the portal.
Rose to the portal.
Rising ??? (Not likely returning.)

As recently as yesterday, I wanted Wilson to stay at Utah. However, I learned some things yesterday about Wilson (off the field) that changed my mind. Isaac needs to leave Utah for his own personal reasons.

I think this is a fair question. My answer today is that I don’t know. There are too many unknowns, i.e., who leaves the team for the portal, who we get from the portal, who gets healthy, who develops from the current team, etc.

I think every Ute fan has his/her own opinion. As for me, I am very frustrated about the last 16 months. I could make a long list of things that upset me that have nothing to do with wins or losses.

I still hope that Whitt retires (doubtful). If he does – I think Beck will open things up. He will build the offense around the skillset of he QB as he should.

At least half of BYU’s coaching staff has ties to Utah many of Utah’s staff has ties to BYU. Hardly anyone on Utah’s staff graduated outside of the state of Utah. That in and of itself is odd in NCAA football.
