I agree 100%.
This program needs rebuilding. The offense needs a complete overhaul. But, Whitt will keep the offense as it has been. He may just promote Harding to OC.
He may let Morgan voice his opinion on potential OCs. However, from what I have heard, he is in control and will not let anyone else in. Very sad IMO.

To make matters worse – I just heard that Whitt is not allowing Morgan to have the say he promised he would. Whitt is still in control and is letting everyone including Harlan know it. Harlan’s hands are tied.
I am very upset about this if it is indeed true.

IMO, it is time for him to move on. We need new blood on the offensive side of the ball. I may keep Whittingham for tight ends, but that’s it for me.

Yes, the SEC has more money. But, as I did with my own career – (a long time ago) I took less money for a job that I thought would be best for my future.

I love Whitt, but if I was an OC who believed in a fast-paced offense, I would not want to coach under Whitt.

If Whitt is the head coach – he will never hire a coach who runs a fast-paced offense. He wants the offense to have long (time-consuming) drives that keeps his defense off the field. I hope when Scalley becomes the head coach that he will allow a faster-pace offense when it makes sense.
