Utes end up third behind USC and UW. This is basically what I expected. We did get six first-place votes (2 more than UW). I know some of you are not high on UW. I think they will be very good. O just hope we play well in Seattle and come away with a win.

There was a day not so long ago – we wouldn’t be listed in the top 100 football coaches. It’s a fun time to be a Ute football fan.

The PAC12 and the SEC each have four teams in the fourteen teams listed. By the way, the Big12 has one team listed and that team will be in the SEC next year.
Who will make the CFP?

Jack Gardner – He took the Utes to two final fours and won many conference championships. The Special Events Center (Huntsman Center) is often referred to as the house that Jack built.

Utah is the second least likely to repeat as conference champs among the P5 leagues.
This is a nice article. I agree with most of what he wrote. The road to a threepeat is a tough one. It’s nice that we are in these conversations.

Money Parks is listed as 48th behind two Utes I thought he would be rated higher than, Glover (41) and Pittmen (44). I think Parks is set up to have a very good season. I still think Vele and Kuithe will be the top receivers.
