Same crazy starts as the last 4 weeks…. of sorts lets hope they can recover like they did USC… but not looking good ASU’s O is looking very good.

One thing that helps me keep from feeling like this is a trap game is that there are a lot of SoCal kids on this team who always want to show USC and UCLA that they missed on them. With that in mind Utah as a team has played better but from an individual skill and potential stand point UCLA definitely has to worry the Utes.

I was just about to post how come there’s no targeting on #90 on Oregon when that was worse than anything Utah did against Washington but as I’m typing this they called the targeting. (not that I think it should’ve been called)

Guess they are consistent at least…. in helping Washington

Somebody needs to go back and look at how many times the opposing offensive line has been called for holds against the U’s DLine, cause I don’t remember any so far this year but there have probably been 1 maybe 2 and it’s been that way for about 3yrs now.

Hate to break up the narrative (no I really don’t) Brett Ratliff who had more time as a back up than a starter spent several seasons in the NFL.

Ashamed y’all forgot about him considering he led the Utes to a win in his first career start against TDS.

Other than a few plays in the 1st Qtr (I think he was slow to react and thinking too much early) I thought Chase was the defensive player of the game and the Oline needs to buy him all his meals for the rest of the season because he saved their pathetic butts.

Outside of a few play calls I wasn’t upset with anything on the offense, EXCEPT the offensive line. They are either geniuses and the best at rope a dope since Ali or they are very likely the worst offensive line in the PAC12 and top 10 worst in college football.

Last night the league said (I’m paraphrasing) that while it was a difficult call they believe it was not a foul as PG did jump to his right (not straight up). But yes he had drawn that foul or even less 4 or 5 times in previous games but last night OKC tried to draw that foul a couple of times and it was never called.

Barefield played really well in the first half and the Oregon adjusted, once Barefield put the ball on the deck going towards the hoop he was NOT passing it all game he was that way, worked in the first half not so much the 2nd half. If Colette never played another game this season, it might be the best thing he contributes to the team all year, good hell.

I think it’s a good hire personally, like players with talent you want to get as many talented coaches and recruiters as possible and figure it out/make it work afterwards.

Man that sucks, I never heard anything on the local radio, but I could’ve missed it.

I know it was mentioned here but I didn’t want to believe it and was telling myself if I didn’t hear about it on TV or the radio than it was just fans being overly concerned.

Colorado got smoked at home versus AZ, while the CO games have been close even when they weren’t very good I think that is one that should be marked as a W, not saying they couldn’t lose. The U have proven that they’re good enough to win every game left on the schedule and bad/mistake prone enough to lose every game on their schedule.

Yep run game, Moss and DHC both looked good and the OLine looked better at run blocking.
