  • Are you concerned about Whit saying there are 6 guys who are 50/50 in terms of playing the game? Obviously Cam and Kuithe are two of them. Another four could be devastating against the talent that Florida has?

Sorry but not accepting the scoreboard is a little too BYU for me. Red Zone scoring is just as important as any other part of the game. And moving up and down the field but not scoring doesn’t mean you are better. It means their players made plays in the red zone and we didn’t. Kind of a big part of the game not something you can throw out as not…[Read more]

Like the reverse to Vele attempt to throw back to Rising in the Rose bowl on our first drive in the second half while we were moving it well. Totally stopped the drive and in some ways turned the tide.

They already have that game circled. During PAC media days Riley and Williams kept getting asked about Utah. When a team that talented has you circled and is at home it is going to be tough sledding. I don’t see us winning that game, we’ll show up and play hard tho. In the end getting to the PAC championship again I’d the key.

It is so funny and maybe ironic that we are probably the most pessimistic fan base when it really get down to it but when we talk about re-alignment and the Big 12 we morph to the point that every Big 12 fan base thinks we are the most cocky and delusional fan base of all time. But our true colors come out as games get closer, and in particular…[Read more]

Thanks @onlyU! Serious question, can part of the D looking formidable be our O playing without Cam? This is an honest question. Cam makes our O so much better you take for granted how he extends drives and just think our O is that good when reality is it is Cam.

Penn State game is an example. All the same players except Cam when he went down and…[Read more]

  • Really looking forward to seeing the development of O’Toole. I think it was the third of Penn States TD’s in the Redzone where O’Toole smoked the OT and hit the QB a half second late. He got there so fast but it was such a quick throw. He gets there this year. Early and often!

They said, we? They haven’t played a down in the 12 yet and they don’t get a full share. They are lucky the 12 wanted 16 or they would have been kicked out to get us in.

Sorry for taking this the wrong way but so many of your fans have been so smug about this, but the truth is it is also welcome to you, neither of us have played a down in this conference. I think my challenge with this change has been more brand related than competition.

I think the competition will be fierce and at least at the level we have…[Read more]

  • It helps that the Florida game is on Thursday.

  • We played an amazing game against them but they won, AND, our victory against USC on the champ game last year got them into the playoffs. That is why they consider us an ally.

  • Redblood replied to the topic Cam Rising in 2023 in the forum Football 1 year, 6 months ago

Agree with the playable depth at OL but do you honestly expect our left tackle to outperform Daniels? And a new Center… Playable depth is huge but will the starters really be better year over year? I’m not sure.

I also agree the intangibles with Cam are off the charts and he makes plays but am I off that he sometimes struggles to make those pla…[Read more]

Rewatched the CO game and saw Yassmmin leap over the defender and score. Incredible athleticism, the question will be can Lid get him the ball often in space. If he can, Yass will do serious damage. But he is not a Kincaid who Will consistently make the catch in important moments.

Just doesn’t have the hands. But again, Lud’s job is to get the…[Read more]

Not just Freddie. Ludwig has proven an ability to take weapons and create and exploit mismatches. His measurables give Lud a chance to create and exploit even as early as this year. And since he has 3 years left he has the chance to eventually develop into an every down TE ala Dalton. let’s go!!!

  • I think the point was they do not start in their current teams. That’s how far away we are. Lamenting about players who left who are better than we currently have AND who don’t start on the teams they transferred to who are in the tourney.

  • Look at the road schedule, then go look
at how we have done against good teams on the road and the glasses will come off. Give me USC’s schedule and I’m with you. Have a few rough home games as well.

  • Then the PAC is “false” because we have won it 2 years in a row.

  • He’s better than any QB they have so it is actually a great get for them. I just think it is so hard to p be productive as a QB in todays game when you are not mobile. Unless your WR’s are just that good like his were at USC. For the record, I really like their WR’s. But they are not good enough to dominate the B12.

  • Redblood replied to the topic BYU is down BAD! in the forum They So Poo Poo 2 years ago

With built bar and how they presented it in the beginning vs. what it ended up being, I’m pretty sure he is projecting his own experience with his team onto us. He may even be talking about his own team.

  • Is Yassman for sure leaving?
