My understanding is under the new rules, players can play in a maximum of 4 games and still redshirt if they don’t play in 5 games. I’m not say this will happen but if the coaches wanted to, they could sit IW for the rest of the season and IW could redshirt and save a season.
Hmmm. I think some of you will be surprised when Rising comes back (whenever that is) he will be FAR and AWAY the better QB for us. In fact, coaches hope not to play IW anymore so he can preserve his redshirt season by only playing in 3 games this year.
Minnesota Vikings were always my childhood favorite team. Going back to the 70’s. Joe Kapp, Fran Tarkenton? Purple People Eaters, etc.
alas, 4 Super Bowl appearances and they couldn’t get it done. Still hurts to this day!
