What a crazy half. USC defense is balling. Undisciplined but balling. Utah offense is weird. They went away from the edges to run up the gut. I also hate the up the gut run in the shotgun at the goal line.
Utah defense is figuring it out. Blackmon has a big ass piece of stability on his leg. He can’t move sideline to sideline.

I am also going to pay particularly close attention to the oline. I am going to call the 2019 Oline performance for this season incomplete. Hard to make an assessment without seeing the starters. Against a three man rush with TDS they were ok. Game will be won in the trenches. Moss was getting 8-9 yard rushes on first down against SC last season.…[Read more]

Blackmon has a better eye for a safety though. He is much better at reading a QB in the pass IMO. Blair is a very good extra LBer and safety blitzer. Idk I feel like this team is better equipped for defending the pass. JJ is improved because he has aged another year is my assumption. Same as Guidry. Offensively I think I am going to give this one to Moss. 25 carries for 130 yards and 3 total touchdowns.

If it is like last year’s game the potential for Urban to dominate the conversation will be great. Which I assume will happen regardless, this is going to be great! Not sure what Bush will bring to the broadcast. I am excited.

Moss in the wildcat may solve a lot of the short yardage situation problems. It has mostly been Oline block blowing assignments imo.
