They kind of need to win the next 3 (Qaudrant 3) games to have a chance for the tourney I would think. Then they either need to beat Oregon and/or 1st round of conference tourney to get to 20 wins just to keep that chance on the edge of the bubble (last 4 in or last 4 byes). Anything less than a 4-1 end likely means NIT at best.

Well, the 2nd place team usually makes sense (loser of CCG) but could be someone who doesn’t make the CCG (not sure if this is the case anymore as divisions seem to be going away). But you still need rankings for #3 in the SEC and B1G as well as the 3 at-large bids.

I feel more pity or meh than ‘liked’.
Mizzou – I just haven’t really ever heard anyone with a strong opinion either way about MO (or St. Louis, etc.).
Rutgers – probably just NY/NJ connections?

Looking forward to it this year, and yes, it’s the last game of the season

Probably better for TV to have them spread out, but I don’t like it. But I’ll deal with it because I’m a fan. I’ll just act like an entitled brat for a little bit, stomp my feet, and nothing will change. Ok, I’m just visiting my 2 and 4 year old niece/nephew, so maybe it’s rubbing off.

Traveling that week is what puts pause in my plans, even with parents that live in FL half the year, 2 cousins that went to UCF. Texas/OU was played mid-Oct because of the Texas State Fair

Keba is a beast, but either the coach will limit his minutes or he will. With a quick foul or two, he’s on the bench until late in the 1st half. Well, if it’s this year, half the team will leave. Mostly because they are Seniors ;). But that does provide new playing opportunities for the rest, so hopefully that keeps many. Defense shouldn’t see as much attrition if Scalley gets named. Might depend on the OC how many offensive players stay.
