Possibly, Iowa could be going to another Rose Bowl this year. Partially due to their schedule.

The funny thing about this road trip is the stadium likely won’t even been sold out. It is a not an intimidating place to play.

I don’t understand this statement at all. We’ve lost 1 OOC game since joining the PAC-12 & it was to Utah State after losing our starting QB, having to play a true freshman, It went to OT, and took a horribly incorrect pass interference call to decide the game.

I think Whitt has proven that he can get his team prepped to play anyone.

Its an alternative jersey they will wear one time. I’m clearly in the minority but I think they look cool, but then again I’m not a grumpy middle-age man that complains about Utah having alternative uniforms too.

Yeah that is true, and I understand that. However, there are plenty of teams with a 9 game conference schedule with their 9th game basically equating to Oregon State or Northwestern that end up playing an extremely soft Non-con. Many of the Pac-12 teams are guilty of this.

There are a hand full of SEC teams that actually do schedule tough opponents. Alabama has schedule a tough P5 opponent for their first game for last several years. There is no requirement for Kirk to call the game that he appears at for Game day. In Fact, they’ve frequented games that don’t even appear on ESPN or ABC.

First off, it wasn’t his fault he HAD to go to a Junior college because of Kalani not giving him a release earlier when he should have. Also, grades didn’t post until maybe yesterday or today. Making assumptions about his work ethic based on very little is incredibly unfair.
