I feel like the majority if not all the drama surrounding the team is fan made.

Seriously.

I see less unfounded gossip from my middle school daughter and her friends than I do here.

In the post-game, Whit said Pittman is done for the year because he’s having surgery right away. Said he thought the surgery would be tomorrow.

So maybe we can just collectively stop with the drama nonsense?

To be fair, Utah is 0-5 in our last 5 P5 non-conference games (Florida, Penn St., Ohio State, Texas, Northwestern).

It’d be nice if we picked up a couple wins in that column this year.

As a non-member, I just don’t get why LDS folks get so weirdly riled up when people poke fun at their religion. It happens to every religion. Just laugh (or don’t) and move on, there’s no need to take everything SO damn personal.

Also worth noting that USC had no mental toughness at all and were generally soft as marshmallows.

Some of that is cultural that can shift with a new coach, but I don’t think it’s a switch you simply flip overnight.

In order to get season Football tickets, one must first be a Crimson Club member.

Just to clarify, this has not been a requirement for all sections. I’ve had NEZ tickets since 2005 and have never paid a Crimson Club fee.

I don’t think that’s changing this year? From what I’ve heard.

I’m doing the Psycho Metal Fest in Vegas the week before, and there’s no way the budget will allow for both.

I’ll have to skip the trip to Gainesville.

For me, it’s more an issue with the sport itself. I just find basketball to be incredibly boring in general. If I were to watch a game or attend a team it would obviously be Utah, but I really have no desire to do either.

It has nothing to do with the coach or the players, I just really don’t enjoy the sport at all any more.
