I’m proudly wearing a super bright red UTAH shirt. They stopped me and said, “UTAH! You kicked our ass! Our quarterback is trash. We like yours!” To which I said, “come on man, your QB won the Heisman. We hope you kick Penn State’s ass!”  It was an entertaining conversation.

My Rose Bowl road trip begins a week from tomorrow. 🙂

Franco Harris just passed.  Dang. My favorite team (besides the Utes) when I was a kid was the Pittsburgh Steelers. They had so many legends, Franco Harris, Rocky Blier, Mean Joe Green, Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann.  Franco was my favorite. 

Due to safety concerns there will be no B-2 Bomber flyover at the Rose Bowl this year. Sad face.
