Ok you are scrolling the chat window. Scroll the WHOLE window instead. Grab outside the chat window and you can scroll. OR you can rotate the device 90 degrees.

Thanks for mentioning. Haven’t heard much from anyone using landscape mode. You could try rotating the other way and perhaps less text may be cut off. I’ll add that to the list of improvements to work on!
