I have some other thoughts on NIL and how it is starting to affect CFB in general. I think “certain” teams at the top were illegally paying players prior to NIL. Those teams are not as dominant as they were previously. Maybe it is coincidence, but it seems like now that other teams can lure top talent with money, the field is evening out. Thoughts?

I follow certain accounts on X/Twitter and block many keywords for stuff I don’t want to hear about. I get the “toxicity” of it, but I’ve got it setup in such a way that I seldom read or see anything I consider “toxic,” especially byu coeds.

I disagree that going for that 4th and 4 was a go. Not with such a great punter. Also, later in the game we were in about the same position and punted on 4th and 2ish.

Consider that most visitors to the site are lurkers. At any given time there can be over 100-200 users browsing the site, but only 5-10 of them are logged in users. Among those, a fraction of those users actually post new topics.

There are some basic rules HERE at Ute Hub and I’m on the board daily. I don’t often have to enforce rules, moderate content or ban users, but will will and do when necessary. For the most part I think most the folks here get it, and we aren’t subjected to hundreds of bitching and whining and name calling posts. That’s just not fun content.

Yeah I’m flipping between that and the Washington game. But I didn’t sleep well last night. That’s happened every game this season. So I will have to see who won in the morning since nighty night time is calling my name.

NJ seems to be better when he’s on the move. Maybe next week they’ll move him around instead of having him straight drop back.
