Military spending goes up because of the fat military contracts. It’s corporate welfare. Trump should get right on the infrastructure plan. It’s his strength and he needs a win now.

The real problem is that costs are out of control. But politicians won’t do anything about that because the healthcare, drug and insurance companies are their benefactors. Healthcare legislation should be doing something about the cost of healthcare, not just shifting the costs around.

Is someone a freeloader because they’re unlucky enough to get sick? That’s what insurance is for.

Good points. Trump’s wall is an expensive symbol more than a real solution. We need politicians with the spine to pass real immigration solutions rather than run from them because it might cost them votes.
