Agree MotherJab. What happens on the field often doesn’t count as much as subjective opinions and preconceived notions on teams before the season even starts. Let’s apply to the NFL. I feel that the Cowboys should be in the playoffs this year because they have a storied history. I hope the playoff committee puts them in the tournament.

Scott Frost would be interesting. Amazing what a difference Coach Leach makes at “also ran” schools. The guy can flat out coach at the college level.

UCLA not necessarily any better destination than Utah. Utah has arguably had more talent over past decade or so than UCLA. Glamour area but not a glamour football program. I would be shocked if Whitt goes there.
