It is mind boggling to think how complex college sports (football in particular with 100 students) has become so quickly. Listening to this podcast full of tough questions I am amazed at how smart, articulate, and prepared Coach Scalley is. I can imagine him in any home and the student athlete thinking I can play for this guy!! We are in good hands Ute fans. Shame on Whitt and Lud letting Cam dictate who plays. Of course he wants to play. Wilson, Rose, Huard all want to play as well. What a dumb comment by Whitt. “He has won a bunch of games for us”. I was at the game $1500 to fly my 2 boys down with me and every football illiterate fan could see Cam could not run or throw. What was unbelievable was Cam was allowed to keep coming out series after series, interceptions and missed throws everywhere. How does that reality make anyone think Cam gives the team the best chance to win the game?? AZST is not very good. Our O line looked 50 lbs and 4 inches bigger than anyone on their D. Let Wilson had it off to Micah then at least AZST would have to play honest. Can’t win a game with 10.5 on 11. Im still in shock how obvious a mistake that was and I think the world of Cam. That game was so winnable despite us not being a very good team. Players must be p**sed.

I find it funny that people comment on the Vegas lines and don’t even know what they mean. Utah -2.5 or Utah -1.5 means they are favored to win by that many points. Sports books do not move the line based on insider Intel. They moved the line based on where the moneylands. They want it 50-50 so that they can collect the juice 10%. If the line jumped from Utah -2.5 down to -1.5 that means new money bet On Utah and they want to push more bets in favor of Oklahoma State.

Cam is playing. He is throwing with a glove though. We’ll see if that affects anything.

Whatever. Yes, I’m sure they do to some extent take into account insider Intel and injuries and such. But the majority of the line moves are due to where the money lands. I’ve just seen many people here think that a negative line for Utah means Oklahoma state is favored. That’s not what it means.

Also, If cam shows up throwing with a glove, you will know I know what I’m talking about.
