WR coach abusing his wife as far back as 2009, she was friends with Shelley, Urban claiming he didn’t know. The coach not only should have been canned, he should be in prison.

I’m leaning toward 9-3:
8/30 – Weber State – W
9/8 – @ NIU – W
9/15 – Washington – L. Best D we’ll see all year, and it won’t be close.
9/29 – @ Wazzu – W
10/6 – @ Stanford – L
10/12 – Arizona – W
10/20 – USC – L. FR QB yes, but surrounded by elite talent.
10/26 – @ UCLA – W
11/3 – @ ASU – W
11/10 – Oregon – W
11/17 – @ Colorado –…[Read more] -

Offense – Carrington. WR is the question mark on the offense, Carrington and Covey (assuming he returns to FR form) would be an incredibly productive duo. Honorable Mention – Garrett Bolles
Defense – Nate Orchard. He was a sack machine, we’ve been lacking in that area lately. Orchard had almost as many sacks himself in 2014 (18.5) as we had as a…[Read more] -

It’s hard to take anything Arizona does seriously seeing as how they still employ Sean Miller.

Agree, although if I had to pick a game we lose that we should win I’d say ASU.

I agree with all of those except UCLA, and I’d probably switch USC to an L and Arizona to a W. We go 9-3 (6-3), maybe play in the Sun Bowl, maybe the San Francisco Bowl, and in 2019 we give up Oregon for Oregon St and Stanford for Cal, giving us a(nother) golden opportunity to win the South.

Just something I heard from a reliable source. Your link doesn’t mention a second deck one way or the other, it only mentions the possible addition of a suite level at the top of the East bowl.

TheJuggernaut replied to the topic Some Football notes and a lead off talk of Stadium Expansion in the forum Football 6 years, 5 months ago
Admittedly this was a few years ago, but the plan I saw was this: phase 1 was to fill in the SEZ with a combination of suites and benches, adding 6-7K new seats, phase 2 was to add a second deck to the East side – when the stadium was renovated in 1998 footings were added to the East side which would allow a second deck to be added. This would add…[Read more]

The SEZ has to be replaced at some point, it’s not a question of if but when. It’s a WAC relic and a complete dump.

Cal spent $440 million to renovate their stadium, I believe we’re looking at $40-$50 million. And there will always be money in live sports, many actually expect the live sports revenue stream to increase as online platforms become more efficient.

It’s not a horse collar, the no call was correct. While he does grab the jersey in the nameplate area, he lets go, and McCormick falls forward. The rule states you must grab the player AND immediately pull the player down. The rule was put in place to prevent knee and ankle injuries that were occurring when players were being pulled down from…[Read more]
