Thumbs up but I hope that you didn’t jinx us. I will admit that I’m very pleasantly surprised to see Utah in control in an arena that BYU lost in last Saturday night. Maybe once Utah gets its second wind in the conference their decided length advantage over the vast majority of teams will pay some dividends.

This hire would get my thumbs up because it would be an absolute and total disaster. I mean, there’s a reason why Bienemy hasn’t ever gotten a sniff of a head coaching job and why his stock drops further down every season. Why would anyone give him a job when he was just fired as the OC of a 5-7 UCLA team?

The most interesting thing is that you lasted five minutes. I moved on after 30 seconds.

Mike McCarthy got fired by FIU at the end of the season. 😆, maybe he’s willing to give the Colorado HC gig another try?

Colorado is royally screwed if Sanders leaves now. One, every decent available head coach is spoken for. Two, there’s no coach out there that brings the combination of star power and ability to relate young black athletes in one package. Possibly, but a lot of people said the same thing when he was hired by Jackson State and Colorado. However, both those schools saw their fortunes turned around almost immediately by his sheer presence.

Yeah, this is one of the 4-5 conference wins I have penciled in. Going into this game, Oklahoma State, though they already had one conference win, looked like the team most likely to lose to Utah. I really don’t like their chances in their next game @ TCU (who beat BYU today as well) on Wednesday and we’ll see what happens next Saturday versus BYU.

LOL…you should have seen his face when I asked him, out loud, on the TRAX, “Why are you always ragging on Utah and calling Whitt Crazy Uncle Kyle?”…it was priceless…

You know, I ran into him on the TRAX on the way to the BYU game at RES and he seemed like a nice guy. I had a 5-10 minute conversation with him and, like all entertainers, he appears to have a public and private persona.

That’s easy…Colorado goes back to the scrub status it had before Sanders showed up. Anyone that thinks it’s a “destination” without his presence is delusional.

I get it…however, in this case, he’s reporting on something that’s getting some traction nationwide. I know because I checked before I made the comment on here. Just Google “Deion Sanders Las Vegas Raiders” and see what you come up with.

Yeah, unfortunately, I’ve come to the decision that I can’t support the team as long as Smith is the Head Coach. There’s too much of a sample size over four seasons to let me know that he’s not the guy and all I’m doing is wasting my time and money supporting this version of the MBB Utes.
