We’re still significantly beat up.  No Saosi Wilson or Bryan Thompson.  No Casey Hughes or Jaylon Johnson (obviously).  Probably no Chase Hansen…been practicing but I’m not so sure he goes tomorrow.  Pretty slim chance IMO.

Chase and Carrington both made the trip.  Carrington ran routes on Thursday but didn’t “look all that good.”  I think he will give it a go…doesn’t like the Huskies.  Hopefully warms up well and is able to play.

He’s close but didn’t get cleared.

Quick update…Seem to pretty healthy this week.  Carrington seems to be almost fully healed, Singleton has been limited in practice some but should play, Fitts and Anae should play, etc.
Huntley has run with the 1’s all week.  At this point I’d surprised if he doesn’t play.  Doesn’t appear to be many limitations…they could err on the side of…[Read more]

I know it’s been mentioned here before but I believe if Bernard keeps his nose clean for the next 10 months there’s a great chance he ends up a Ute.  I said this about a month ago but I can now confirm that he’s not taking classes at BYU and is planning to take classes at SLCC in Jan.

Tyler ran with the 1’s today.  Did everything with no limitations…no pain.  Doesnt have the normal zip on his throws still but has 3-4 days for that to continue to come.  Not sure if he’s taking it easy or if there is still a little weakness.  He might be the only one to know.  I’d say probable still at 70/30 he plays…maybe 80/20.

No surprises unfortunately…Fitts is still in a boot today.  Tyler threw some tennis balls yesterday but reported some pain.  Did not practice today.  
 

The bye came at a good time but I HATE bye week.  RES is going to be CRAZY this Saturday night in a HUGE game for the Utes!!
