      I’ll be there too. First Utes game in Berkely since 2000, and only the Utes 5th game there ever dating back to the 1920’s.

      I’m expecting a wine & cheese crowd pretty similar to Stanford, with maybe a little more from the student section than Stanford.

      I’m interested if anyone has any idea if they have any worthwhile tailgating scene, or if there are good restaurants walking distance from the stadium (not interested in the U of U hosted tailgate thingy)

      I think we will have a legit rivalry with Colorado. It hasn’t happened yet because they have been so bad for so long that it would be hard for their fanbase to be really emotionally invested, which is obviously needed in a rivalry.

      Fast forward 10 years and I bet we have a good rivalry going with CU.

      As for the zoobs, I would absolutely love it if we never played them again and just put them in the rear view entirely. We gain nothing by beating them, and every game is extremely nerve racking because if they beat us we would never hear the end of it. If byu wins once out of every 5 games, THEY will be the happy ones. How messed up is that?!

      As an LSU fan, you’ve experienced the best tailgaiting there is. Probably nothing can compare to that, but I think the Utes have some of the best tailgaiting in the PAC 12, so you should still have a great time! I’m living in CA and won’t make it to the game, but make sure you end up at the tailgaiting lot off Guardsman Way. That is where all the RV’s and dedicated tailgaiters are, with tv setups and all of that.

      I’m sure there are at least a few people on this board with tailgaiting spots in that lot that will take you under their wing! Have fun!!

      Thanks for the response bro! I got some off of StubHub. Yeah, the fees were really high.

      I spent a little more and got seats on the 20 yard line with Benchbacks instead of the traditional bleachers.

      They were going for $110/each on Cal’s site, got em for $60/each ($75 with fees ugh) on Stubhub.

      Bringing my fiancé who isn’t big on football yet (not from the States) so willing to pay more for her to be comfortable and hopefully enjoy the game more. If I were going just me I would have sat in the end zone bleachers with Utes fans probly.

      Wow, didn’t realize this is our first game in Berkeley since joining the PAC.

      Btw, that game against Cal in the Giants stadium was the absolute worst.

      Wow. Hopefully USC does some damage to the rest of the South now. Can definitely see them losing only one more game the rest of the year.

      Not too bad, Having to manually install the “football update” is sort of a hassle, and would have been nice if that were a factory setting, but all in all I can’t complain.
