Does feel great. Still we lost LB Juarez on a very last minute scholarship offer by ASU. His HS coach got a job offer at ASU. Then LB Drew Fowler out of Bellevue, WA took a PWO to UW to a full boat at Utah. We needed some LB’ers.

This is very likely close to the issue. Also, Utah is a lot farther away than most programs for parents.

That will be most important for a win. Washington and Utah are so similar statistically. We know both are tops in their respect divisions, both have the same records. Utah has one more conference loss. Both are known for their defenses.

Utah wins this game by 5. The Utes are Rose Bowl bound. No more hand-wringing or listening to the so-called experts or former coaches or sports analysts or ignorant fans from other programs.

Utah has done as good a job as any team this year. WSU scored only 28 points. Oregon lost but WSU scored 34 against them. WSU lost to USC, 39-36.

It is well deserved. Honestly, I wish the Utes had dropped to 25. I care more about how hungry they are going into Tempe than I do rankings at this point. And rankings lately seem like a curse more than a blessing.

Chip Kelly is a good football coach, a run oriented offensive coach to boot. He has four games to review on how Utah runs its offense. He and his coaches will find a way to disrupt the juggernaut that we have seen in the last three weeks.
