I would say that if you have programs like Oklahoma, Nebraska and others following you around and offering behind you they must be doing something right. This year should be seminal for closing with some of those players that are looking for a high profile program.

Well Utah already passed on a 4* to take a 3* at that position because they felt he was a better fit. Utah recruits differently than most schools, and it’s shown to be pretty effective. Most the the stars on this year’s team were 3* recruits, the 4*s in that class didn’t pan out.

If Utah wins out they will have played 10 P5 games because the championship game is against a P5 team.

Until every conference champion is included the Title will still be a mythical title. No one really knows who would beat who, so unless everyone gets a chance to show how good they are you still haven’t crowned a true champion.
