BG is a physical freak and I very much am disappointed in the staff that he’s not on this team and flourishing on this team.

I think the oline should be pretty good. They’ve just been really young for a couple years. So you expect some good improvement. On paper it’s as talented as we’ve ever been in terms of stars amd stuff.

I do think also that the staff was building around kuzmas senior year and that didn’t happen the way they planned which has hurt perception in a big way. (Not to excuse some crazy crap that’s gone on on the court lately.)

Hmmm. That’s an interesting idea about slocum leaving. Maybe they lost some important ideas in the coaching room.

I know for my part, I’ve done some coaching at the high school level for lacrosse. I was great at coaching some aspects of the game and very weak in others.

I echo this sentiment. I really like Utah’s roster. I loved it last year.

And k recruited them. So I’m caught in a vortex of being thrilled with his recruiting and dumbfounded about some of the coaching.

On another note, haven’t I heard on this board that Dixon got in Dixon’s way from being great? Amd from being more then just a deep threat?

His health was the biggest factor in his lack of production.

I think it’s a fallacy to blame scheme or qbs or whatever.

Hey I agree. This team is very talented and poorly coached.

I’m just saying that in this instance they made some adjustments and spread the floor and it worked.

Credit where it’s due. that is all.

I’d heard his buy out is 6 mil after this year.

If his buyout is 6 amd we pay him 4, aren’t we getting into territory where it’s feasible to move on?
