Funny, I’ve hated the opposition using them since TCU did it two or three times in the red zone.

However, I sure wish our own UTES could have pulled off about one per game in each of our losses. Especially Cal, Colorado, and Oregon. Against Washington, I’d have settled for a block in the back call on that last TD.

That one play where there were about 6 passes which ended with a 3-pointer, may have been my favorite play of the game. Okay, no it had to be the two guards posterizing the Colorado big man. The steal the pass and the dunk, a thing of beauty.

Yeah, me too. It’s weird I feel like I should cheer on the home team, but last year was cheering on the Panthers in the SuperBowl. I’ve had quite a few favorite NFL teams in my life. He’s been a good QB, but he looks great when he’s gotten a good receiver in addition to a great TE.

In SF, he was great once he got Crabtee in addition to Davis.

Talk about a huge boost going into next year.

Sadly, I’m rooting for a Big XII team now, oh, wait I never wanted Colorado to win. Guess living in Colorado it makes me very happy to see them lose. But when they have losing seasons it’s even better.

About the overall grade for this year?

While those 4 losses were very frustrating, Washington, USC, and Colorado could make our schedule look much much better if they win their next game. (I know we beat USC)

Miami beat a ranked WVU, which I assume was an upset. But further research on the line, had Miami plus 3. So not a big upset to the bettors.
KSU beat Texas A&M, which may have been considered an upset.
Northwestern beat a ranked Pitt.
Utah won, but didn’t look good doing it. However looking at those other results. I’ll take the win.

That is definitely a bummer, his sister plays for Utah’s volleyball team, I was hoping to pull another Bradlee Anae situation, his sister Adora Anae, the Anae-ilator, is probably the best on the Utah volleyball team.

BTW if you haven’t seen Utah’s volleyball team play they’re pretty good.

I am UTE98, and though I lost the Chinese Character, am still an idiot, the same idiot who posted on UF.N from 2003 until about a year ago.

I could bring the character back, but thought I’d pay homage to Big Al and Big Rick. I started out as a Utah fan due to basketball, but am a full time fan. I even attend Volleyball games here in Colorado.

He didn’t play at all this year. Did he get injured? Transfer?

We didn’t utilize the TE as much this year to open up the edges. Did we have any TEs make big catches going up the middle of the field this year against two deep safeties?

If you just go with the goal of 30 points a game, we did that 5 times this year. We won all 5. The other three wins we scored 24, 20 and 19. I’ll let the 19 in Corvallis slide, those conditions were bad, not 19 points bad, but like low-mid 20s bad.

In our four losses we gave up 27, 28, 30, and 31, so that nudge to 30 would be the difference…[Read more]
