I listened to the one you posted as well as the Cougars and Beavs, Late night. Really like Yogi, when he was basically hosting the interviews with the Cougar and Beaver players his ability to ask great questions, and touch the human interest stories reminds me how much I’ll miss him. Also, did a good job of interviewing the coaches.
Only listened…[Read more]

I’d have to say Notre Dame pre-game was first class. The fans were welcoming and very helpful. It was a horrible wet rainy game which we lost, but the experience was my favorite.
The Big House, I didn’t really like that place.
UNC was not very good, too hot, and the fans were jerks. But the pre-game tailgate was epic. (can I say that? Since I…[Read more]

Since they can’t beat us, might as well try to get us kicked out, spread lies, and false propaganda.
The perfect revenge, win the BigXII, treat visiting fans with respect, welcome them to our stadium, welcome them to Utah, and then tell them good game after we win going away.
I loved my trip to Notre Dame, we lost but the fans and support staff…[Read more]

Red Fuego is good but pales in comparison to El Pollo Rico, however of the three Peruvian chicken places I’ve tried in Colorado and Utah it is the best.

Dad’s Chicken on Broadway next to Culver’s on South Broadway, Littleton, CO is good.

In NOVA my favorite is El Pollo Rico. Peruvian chicken, crack chicken!
On 932 Kenmore (?) a block from Virginia Square Metro station. All cash. My wife would drive 50 miles about once a month to get it. Also near Potomac Mills in Dumfries/Mannasas or Dumassas.

How did I miss the Zach Keller transfer announcement?
He graduated with my daughter two years ago. He has great upside. He led his team to the Colorado State Championship two years ago. That same team failed to win the State Championship this year falling in the final, with a player committed to CU.
In high school I don’t think Zach was really…[Read more]

Look at the Spring game numbers from last year, a sellout with no actual scrimmage but more skill players playing 7 on 7.
This year the attendance was way way way down. Could have been the “weather” or it could have been even the fans have become numb to his blathering. He tries to come off as a great mentor/coach, but word on Sports Talk radio…[Read more]

It’s so hard living in Denver, not liking the Broncos and seeing so many Utes go there. Mike Anderson, Devontae Booker, Vele, Patrick, Bolles, Beadles. And now this year with so many Utes coming here.

Don’t think Rocky is going to be the mascot’s name. Already taken. It’s funny I live in Denver, hate the Broncos, but am an Avalanche, Rockies, and Nuggets fan. Don’t go to all the games, or watch all the games, and I’m not switching alliance to Utah MLB or NHL teams.
I saw Steelheads mentioned before, that is an Idaho Hockey Team, so not that…[Read more]

Not to be a contrarian, oh yes I do. I don’t see Colorado moving back to that conference. Colorado would need to be replaced. Colorado never really fit in the Pac, and honestly they couldn’t wait to bolt to the Big 12. Big hat, no cattle. Prime needs to really show out this year, not just in the first five games of the season.
Sadly BYU is an…[Read more]

Am I seeing this right? Nine conference games, PLUS Baylor as a non-conference?
What has happened? Certainly not as tough as nine Pac-12 conference games, but really nine?

UTE98 started the topic Not trying to stir up trouble but I've got a question about Utah NIL deals. in the forum Football 11 months, 3 weeks ago
Okay, this may not be popular but I’m wondering if many on this board aren’t giving Rising a pass, while coming down harder on JJ.
I have no idea which of the two will get a bigger NIL next year. But $ for $ JJ has probably aided in more wins the past two seasons than Cam.
JJ struggled with injuries this year, but he played in almost every game…[Read more]
