That is plausible. Retzlaff delivers some picks and the Utes are capable. Time for our yearly pick six!

Utes for the win:
-Run the ball. Bernard is a quality back.
-Make timely pass completions to Kuithe and Singer.
-Dominant D keeps the score low.
-Enjoy Zoob tears.There it is!
This is why I can’t bet on Ute games. I am simply unable to separate ration from emotion.

Uteanooga replied to the topic BYU screwed in initial CFB playoff rankings in the forum Football 2 weeks, 2 days ago
I think the rankings are about right. Boise played #1 Oregon very well losing by only 3 points on the road- about as well as Ohio St. did. The Zoobs are ranked in the same range as 1-loss Tennessee and Notre Dame- who would bet on the Zoobs to beat either of them? Not me thank you.
The bottom line is that the Zoobs play in a 2nd tier conference…[Read more]

I guess that would be this 5* player-

It would be something to have the top-rated-dual-QB prospect sitting the bench as QB3.
It is going to be awesome having these players on our bench after the bum Whittingham leaves.

Obviously Whitt’s fault. He has shown no ability or desire to adapt to the new game. Now he has screwed the Gators.

You are right Charlie.
Ah Rick Majerus- it took us a few years to get back to elite basketball. Oh yeah, we are still waiting and Maj left 20 years ago. I arrived to the NIT game vs Iowa a few minutes late and they gave our whole extended family tiks for free because the Hunty was empty. Someone in my family was excited to see Caitlyn Clark play…[Read more]

Uteanooga replied to the topic Should Whitt stay or go? in the forum Football 4 weeks, 1 day ago
Would Witt leaving help NIL funding- no.
Would Witt leaving make recruiting to Utah easier- no, it has always been hard.
Would Witt leaving put Utah into a better conference- no.
Would Witt leaving increase Utah’s athletic budget- no.
Is Utah’s next coach going to be better than Whitt- probably not given that Whitt has been Utah’s best coach,…[Read more]

Uteanooga replied to the topic Fire Kyle Whittingham in the forum Football 1 month, 1 week ago
The upside of firing Whitt now would be the ability to move on and demand firing someone else when the team loses future games. That would be a huge upgrade.
Unless of course, the next coach never loses- then you can be happy. You have thought this out well.

Just out of curiosity- would someone please explain the down vote? Remembering a great Utah performance from the past made someone unhappy?
I don’t understand.

Uteanooga replied to the topic How good is ASU? in the forum Football 1 month, 1 week ago
Of course we should be worried.
Over the past decade Utah has proven they can beat anyone and they can lose to anyone.
This year Utah has shown capacity for solid defense and unpredictable offensive output. ASU is averaging their highest PPG since 2016 at 37 points per game (oh jealousy, I love to see Utah score points). Even if Utah holds…[Read more]

Who remembers the last time Utah played ISU? As I remember, Utah set the record for points scored @ ISU’s stadium and Jordan Wynn looked like Tom Brady. That is an impressive record given that ISU had been a long-time conference mate of teams like Oklahoma, Texas, T A&M, etc.
Good times.…[Read more]

I want to see the B12 have a couple of good teams that get into the playoffs and do some damage. 2 births is unlikely but that is what I am rooting for. Best-case scenario would be 2 undefeated teams in the conference championship but an undefeated and a 1-loss team might do it if the cards fall our way.
Hard to see either K St or O St being…[Read more]

The notion that Cam’s injuries are BS is funny. Was Cam’s complete knee destruction BS? Who has gone through such a reconstruction and recovery who thinks it was not a big deal? Who has fingers that are impervious to blunt trauma? Who has skin that is impervious to laceration?
You guys act like this is a Marvel movie where ridiculous characters…[Read more]
