It’s so hard to win on the road in this conference. I’m REALLY surprised that no one else picked all of the home teams. Picking against the Utes was tough but maybe, just maybe, I was using that pick as an emotional hedge. I forgot to do the tie-breaker score this week…lucky for me I didn’t need it.

What a day. Perhaps our biggest regular-season win ever happened to be the same day as their extremely poor performance (100 yards on offense…really?). The football gods were smiling down on us Saturday.

My guess is an unbeaten SEC team would be the first team in the playoff and an unbeaten Notre Dame would be the second team (over any unbeaten Pac12, Big12, ACC, and Big Ten).

I like Travis’ efficiency this year. We’re not Baylor-efficient (we don’t score 28 points in 5 plays) but I think he’s done a good job of mastering our conservative offense. Also, we don’t have a Dres Anderson but we have a Brittain Covey to make up for it. For these two reasons I’ll say our offense is at least as good as last year.
