Now that the season is shot, I’m curious what you guys are going to do about this year’s season tickets?  I think I’m going to just put it towards next year’s cost, but I’m wondering if any of you are considering calling this year’s cost a donation?

Most of the top 9 in the CFP rankings are on the road this weekend.  These are the only 9 teams that still have a chance to make the playoffs (teams with 1 loss or less).  
Based on Massey’s predictor, there’s only a 10% chance of all 9 teams winning this weekend.  Utah’s 98% chance of beating Colorado is second only to Georgia’s 99% chance of…[Read more]

Let’s ASSUME the following three teams end up undefeated (and assured a spot):
Ohio State- I don’t see anyone beating them.
LSU- Whoever wins the Bama/LSU game will win out.  I like LSU.
Clemson- They’ll win the Sun Belt 2 Conference and go undefeated.

Stat experts- am I calculating this correctly?
Massey gives us a 49% chance of beating Washington and gives USC a 46% chance of beating Oregon.  So the chances of the following scenarios are as follows:
Utah W/ USC W 31.8%
Utah W/ USC L 33.8%
Utah L/ USC L 34.4%
It’s going to be a stressful 7 hours on Saturday.  Buckle up.

It’s almost November and as far as the South Division goes, UCLA controls their own destiny and we do not.
That’s messed up.

If UCLA hangs on, it could be down to Oregon in the North and the Utes and SC in the South.  Three teams left that can do anything of note.  Crazy.
