Yes – they will get stronger as the season goes and beating them 2 years in a row, on the road is going to be a challenge.

Comes down to this for me. We play ASU at home and USC on the road. We want to win the South. It’s easier to win at home then on the road, so let’s get USC a loss in conference…

I’ve heard that said before (he didn’t want to be OC),however, when he was made RB coach he said he was surprised by Whitts decision. I’m very concerned that we still don’t have “the guy” to coach the offense.

Offense – Not better. We have regressed by not having our speedy receivers.

Defense – Same. We aren’t getting sacks but I feel like our defense is just as stout as last year.

Special Teams – Worse. Saw some definite improvement last week, but it was against Fresno so I am not sold yet.

I want to believe we will win. My heart says we can. My mind says we won’t. Really hope I am wrong but we still have a problem offensively. It’s a little bit talent and a lot coaching. I am confused by the Japanese drum show. I wish we would do something that fired up the team for the 4th quarter – at their best the drums never did that imo
