I hear you man! Us fans are going to have to trust the process. Just because we don’t think these new commits may not look like Big12 caliber doesn’t mean the new coaching staff thinks that or at least can turn them into some diamonds from the rough! We have to give the new players and coaching staff a chance before we judge the books by their…[Read more]

  • yup but i think there’s more than half of the Big12 that will turn a blind eye to any NIL evil TDS does because they like having the TDS in the Big12. the other half will circle the date and hope to destroy TDS at the home or away game to send a message you can’t buy victories no matter how much money you have, and…this is payback biotch!!!

  • for the two down votes, if you don’t mind, i’d like to know what you disagree with me on with regard to my post. what is it that you didn’t agree with me on? we agree to disagree.

  • his #1 investment is in his alma mater using his wealth, and I believe im sure in some small measure, some Jazz revenue pouring it all into BYU’s athletic programs. something tells me this Ryan Smith-BYU partnership didn’t just suddenly happen or evolve overnight after they joined the Big12, i think this was a plan in the making long before BYU…[Read more]

  • My hope for the 2025 season is for Whitt, Jason Beck and Morgan Scalley field the best Utah football team in years, go into LES undefeated (or with 1 loss) and embarrass the hell out of the Big12 prima donas on their home field and show the college football world it doesn’t pay to lie, cheat and steal from your rival or anyone else for that matter.

  • AMEN! GO UTES!!!

  • The issue I have with TDS is they’ve always prided themselves of being morally superior to the institutions and schools in and out of the state of Utah, especially superior to the UofU in every facet of the game, specifically religion. Don’t know why? UofU could careless about religion, the #1 thing for them is bragging rights in the state, which…[Read more]

  • “Give them credit for turning things around.” I don’t agree with that statement only because you can turn things around without money. It will be very difficult now days with NIL, but it is possible. BYU just chose the easy way out and the only way they can get good players to go to BYU, is to buy them. Even if it means tampering with other…[Read more]

  • Utah#1 replied to the topic Brock Harris committed to the TDS in the forum Football 1 week ago

True, but he’s not going to BYU because they’re good. IMO, he’s going there because BYU is gonna pay players to play at BYU.

In my opinion, Whitt really hurt the team the past two years by mismanaging the QB room and BYU made their best move hiring Jay Hill that turned that whole program around. I must admit, they have kind of regained the…[Read more]

the current players, if they stick around, will make that position loaded. I think we could see two four star QBs in the 2026 class who have Utah at the top of their lists: Peyton Falzone and Oscar Rios. we also have freshman QB Wyatt coming in the fall. Isaac Wilson may not want to stick around and I’m okay with that. Utah is gonna have a…[Read more]

That’s how he came to Utah. I think NIL is just bad for college sports whether it favors Utah and other universities or not. Understand this is the nature of the business in college sports, but I think in time the balloon will burst and fanbases across the country will slowly discontinue supporting college sports as it doesn’t benefit all student…[Read more]

BREAKING NEWS: caliman + TDS fan = FAKE Utah fan = FAKE NEWS!

  • Utah#1 replied to the topic Article on our RB room in the forum Football 2 weeks, 2 days ago

okay, let me pump the breaks and let our new guys get on campus and prove themselves! just watched one of Racine’s hudl videos and no doubt why he was a highly recruited RB! he does have very good quickness and speed, to me though it just seems Daniel Bray’s video highlights standout. we do have some good talent coming in and fall camp will be…[Read more]

oh my bad, didn’t know he wasn’t even on campus yet. i guess he meant patiently waiting to join the team and get after it. thanks for clarifying, i stand corrected! the way college football is these days, i looked too much into it. however, outta the two, Daniel Bray looked much more impressive in his high school highlights then Raycine and seems…[Read more]

  • interested to know if the school and/or boosters/donors have the $$$ or unlimited NIL to bring in top notch staff and talented players and won’t go into debt or bankruptcy because of it.

i’m curious to know since it seems or appears the football program didn’t compete or match NIL offers for players that left, and was it because they didn’t think…[Read more]

  • Utah probably gave him some NIL to stick around. I’m sure he’s a die-hard Utah man to the core! But lets be honest, that’s what Tanuvasa said as he slammed other teammates for doing what he ended up doing a few weeks later. Snowden prolly woulda bolted already if not offered NIL

  • At least the attempt was made

  • The bigger they are the harder they fall. Not wishing it on them, but the massive BYU pride, arrogance and ego is out of control and they bring upon themselves. They act entitled because of backing from their so-called billionaire donor or donors. Like I said, pride cometh before the fall

  • Utah#1 replied to the topic FOOTBALL in the forum Football 1 month ago

Not your fault! IMO, Whitt and the media led many on thinking the team was going to be better than the previous years. That may have been true, but one exception, Whitt can be the one to blame for the nose dive in the program. I think it is safe to say he is not very good at judging QB talent and ability, and significantly miscalculated and/or…[Read more]
