I guess only time will tell, but after looking at his stat sheet over the years he does not look like an improvement over Ludwig, and hope Kyle isn’t hiring one of his old friends because we knows that has never worked!

The interim OC has a lot of pressure on him coming in to right the ship just a little before the end of the season. Can he do it? I don’t know. Unless utah pulls out a massive miracle before the game is over AND i highly doubt that as the two loses has spilled over into the TCU game, they are NOT going to beat BYU or ISU. Utah is playing like a G5 team.

The Utah football issue is squarely on Whitt! His biggest failure the past two seasons was keeping injuries, especially Cam’s in the dark and it affected the team and the fanbase, and spilled over into the media. That maybe true, but right now Scalley needs to prove himself with the defense until the end of the season. The problem is, Whitt maybe in his way or holding him back from executing a defensive scheme he knows can work. Let’s hope Afernee and the MiamiUte are on point with their assessments.

After the last two losses, I have my reservations about Scalley.
