and its that kind of weak ass mentality like yours is why Utah and its fanbase are in the losing situation they are in. if I was Jay Hill the only way I’m going back to Utah is as the head coach, nothing else!

It’s gonna take more than a new season to get this team back to the pre-injury Cam. It’s gonna take strong leadership from both coaches and players. Leadership that the coaches and players respect. Cam was that guy for the team, but the appears to have sailed off into the sunset.

It wasn’t hard to see last year and it sure as hell was easy to see this year after Cam went down against Baylor that we were back to square one again. Why in the hell would Jay Hill want the DC position at Utah when he’s already the DC at the TDS?! If anything, he would want the Utah HC position, and IMO judging by this season results alone between TDS and Utah, I would think he would be the frontrunner for the Utah HC position, not Scalley.

Whitt is to blame for the false narratives he’s been putting out there and then, goes to radio silence the past two years with injuries that IMO have negatively impacted the team’s psyche. I’m glad you see it that way, but there are many that think we are going to win the rest of the games because Utah just had a bad game against Arizona and don’t see them losing anymore because we are favored to win the Big12. WE are not back in the race by ANY stretch of the imagination! Let’s win the next game first! If we win that, then we need to beat TCU. Let’s take care of ASU first and hope Cam is back, and then will go from there.

I would agree with you on that! I believe Rising’s presence alone, on the field, is a huge difference maker for Utah.

It could be our reality, but we won’t truly know for sure until Rising comes back, if he does? And O’Toole and Reid are back. It is just different when Rising plays, the whole team plays like a top 10 team that seems virtually unstoppable.

Unless we see significant improvement from the team without Rising, Utah will lose against ASU. Our wins are not looking so good right now and Arizona loss to Texas Tech tonight. I question Whitt’s approach not disclosing injury reports, like its going to help his team win. Last Saturday’s game proved Arizona did what they had to do to shut down and beat Utah, pressure Wilson and the rest of the dominos will fall.
