Complete idiocy from the coaching staff. Seems like Whitt thinks he’s coaching the University of Cam Rising, and not the University of Utah.

You do realize that there is a massive difference in how much they’ve played, right? Barnes has a bunch of Utah football high school records. He played a bunch of QB in high school, granted at the 1A level, and passed a TON. He also has way more experience in the system. I honestly don’t get it lol. I love my Utes and Whitt deserves a statue, but I also call it like I see it. Whitt has never been honest with injuries, and he quite literally says he won’t ever be unless rules are put in place for it. Straight from the horses mouth.

Does anyone actually believe anything our players say about injuries? Whitt is the most secretive coach in this regard, and he completely lied about Cam being a game time decision for Florida. The only player who was transparent about his injury was Brandon Rose on IG, and apparently he got reprimanded for it.

I’m really surprised people think JJ doesn’t have the talent to be RB1. He’s been playing hurt, and the lack of passing game has only hampered him more.

It’s not even just about running the ball. Why don’t we ever do power runs to the outside? Seems like every single run we do is up the middle and it’s infuriating

You’re trolling right? Ludwig at 59 has never been a HC, is barely a decent OC, and probably doesn’t even want to be a HC anyway. When Scalley takes over he needs to implement a completely new offense. Unlike Whitt, he isn’t old and shouldn’t be stubborn. He was on that fiesta bowl team led by Urban Meyer that had the greatest offense in school history.

It also doesn’t help that UCLA has a damn good front 7. We talked about Moore coming and playing his first good defense, but that was the same with Nate too. This was his first start against a good defense and he looked just as lost as Moore.

You’re one of the few people who agree with me, Miami. We should have gotten a transfer QB.

They came in with a terrible game plan. UCLA has a legitimately good front 7 and they didn’t do many roll out passes.

Great game, but really disappointed in Notre Dame. I was hoping for ND to be undefeated until USC. USC beats them in south bend, is ranked number 1 or 2 heading into the Utah game, and then Utah beats them on national TV. Hope ND loses to Duke and Clemson for letting me down. They had only ten players on the field on that last play.

Poor guy. I’ve watched his interviews from practice and he seems like a good guy. It’s not his fault our dumb coaches hinged their entire offensive success on Cam returning from rapidly from an ACL year. Hopefully he’s not too down on himself.

DJU looks terrible under pressure. We could actually beat them with our offense lol.

Utah won’t win next week with this offense. Oregon State’s O-line is better, and while DJU isn’t elite by any means, he will play better than a true freshman in his first start against a P5 team in RES.

It’s impossible for Herby to know how good UCLA is tbh. I doubt he’s watched a single one of their games. He’s probably just seen like 20 minutes of highlights and checked the box score of his games. Hell, it’s impossible for everyone to know how good they are since they’ve played 3 nobodies.
