So in other words, Cam and Kuithe aren’t playing, and guys on the D-line (probably Tafuna from what I saw) are 50/50. This definitely has me worried.

USC’s O-line looks mid against a G5 team. I hope Florida has the same struggles since they are a new O-line as well.

My takeaways:

Landen King behind Kuithe. If Kuithe is not cleared, we are going to see him and I’m really excited for that.

Mikey Matthews as a true freshman being OR with Pittman is huge. Pittman is a solid WR and very experienced, so Matthews must be damn good.

That is quite surprising that the defense is that low. Our front 7 is going to be way better, and our secondary should be in the same ballpark as last season, if not better due to the front 7 being better.

I loved Blair, but didn’t he have trouble with Targeting? Hopefully Vaki is a bit smarter.

Barnes is faster than Cam? A fully healthy Cam? Really? Maybe in a track race, but Barnes doesn’t seem to have the escapability factor that Cam has. Hopefully he has improved more during the offseason.

I really hope we can utilize Landen King as a mismatch. He’s 6’5 225, so he would body most corners in run blocking and pass catching, and he would also outrun most LB’s. He made some nice catches at auburn too. I wouldn’t mind faking a run and throwing a 50/50 ball to him.
