They definitely aren’t making the playoffs. They will lose at least one more game. A 10-2 Notre dame with a loss to NIU and say, USC, will have maybe 1 ok win, 1 bad loss, and a loss at the end of the season. They need to go 11-1 minimum to make the playoffs.

Glad Oklahoma state is looking like they will win, but let’s be honest, they aren’t a good team. Arkansas has given them this game with their coaching mistakes and turnovers. Utah will not do the same.

SMU’s offense is terrible due to the OL being awful. Their backup QB Preston Stone is far by the better throwing QB, but apparently SMU’s OL is so abysmal that they can’t buy him ANY time in the pocket and he’s not mobile at all. So they have to play the much more mobile backup.

USU is too bad to pull off the upset. As long as Barnes has a great game against them, that would satisfy me. Their fans and board would definitely get pissed if he went off on them again, even if USU lost. He worked at Lowe’s to pay for college for Christ sake.

48-14 is way too much of a blowout for me, especially if some of our starters are injured. I’m thinking 38-20, but with a garbage time TD to make it closer than the score would indicate.

I’m not an X’s and O’s guy by any means, but I think this just comes down to film review, in game experience, presnap motions, and the skill of the QB themselves.

Well, it has been a very competitive game, but a lot lower scoring than I expected.
