You just don’t know football, likely didn’t play. The Center and tackles have graded very well. The guards have graded well in run block but Moko was injured and struggling in pass block. The other guard was struggling in pas block a couple of games.

Thanks for your review and assessment. A good backcourt can sometimes overcome post players that are just…bodies. I like the Little, Madsen, Sharavjamts lineup as far as efficiency (so far) and hopefully they can gel more and more.

At the 50 yard line in the 4th quarter with Utah O-Line in very narrow splits and with the box stacked by BYU, we run the ball. Hindsight is 20 20 but I’m saying throw a 30 yard pass out of play action. An INt at that point is not that far off from a punt.

We’re last in the BIG 12 in rushing TD’s. LAST!

In fact, every team in the BIG 12 has double digit rushing TD’s except for us and Houston (7), with the average being 13.5. We are barely above 1/3rd of the average amount of rushing TD’s.

Meanwhile Utah threw the ball 37 times and ran the ball 36 times.

I’m thinking our coaches don’t have confidence in our run game. Bernard only had 14 carries.

This could have been an easy win. We just don’t have the running backs.

How does an interior lineman have that bad of pass blocking? Unless he’s injured, just don’t let anyone come flying straight up the middle. You’re an athletic 300+ pound beast. How is that happening?
