If true, that is pathetic and shows they are desperately trying to gain some kind of advantage against the Utes.

Finished undergrad and grad degrees, two jobs, three kids, two houses, Pac-12 invite, Pac-12 South Champs, 7 wins over BYU (including a blow out win in 2011), separated from the Air Force…..and the addition of about 35 lbs of fat around my waist.

1. I think we match up better with UW than WSU. Leach’s Air Raid has always been problematic for Utah.\
2. UW would have to play back-to-back road games (@WSU and @P12 ‘Ship), and no P12 team has won back-to-back road games this year.

I never would have thought Utah would win out after the ASU game. I thought the season was over after losing Huntley and Moss.
This team has good depth and amazing resiliency.

Look at this way: who has an easier path to the P12 championship game? ASU or Utah?

All Utah has to do is win today against a reeling buffs team (at least that is all they CAN do because they must also hope for an ASU loss either this week or next week).

ASU has to win back-to-back road games against tough teams.

Jaylon has stated his #1 life goal is to play in the NFL, and he chose Utah because he thought they gave him the best chance of developing him into an NFL CB.

Let’s all enjoy him while he’s here because he’ll be gone after next season and I couldn’t be happier for him.

In all seriousness, I’m not getting my hopes up too much because Utah doesn’t control their own destiny.

The good news is ASU has back-to-back road games and will likely drop one (if not both). The bad news is Colorado could absolutely beat Utah.

It’s not something that’s been talked about because Utah won both games they occurred in (USC and Oregon), but two blocked punts in one year is disappointing.

Back-to-back road games is always tough and a loss at ASU was somewhat expected – but losing Huntley for the rest of the year is just devastating.
