He’s from NoCal so is comfortable there over EW…not sure that the HC was an option for him at the time either. Still had to prove himself. But you’re right if they can’t pay him closer to upper 3’s or low 4’s it doesn’t make sense.

Agreed…staff attrition is commonplace in college football. Top 20 programs have their coaches poached every year. Not a terrible thing…new blood and new vision often helps culture.

Every assistant coach in America wants to be elevated. They want the status of an increased title or responsibility, they want increased income for themselves/family or they want an improved locale just like any of the rest of us. Good point. Not like he’s old and out of shape though. 3-4 weeks is plenty to get into quarterback shape! I expect he’ll get there.

Holiday Bowl helps…10 win, Top 20 finish would be a nice cherry on top. Expect another good class albeit smaller than normal most likely with the number of Seniors leaving. Will be some attrition elsewhere I’m sure. Coaches in their areas this week…

Had surgery…combine will be iffy. Should probably be ready…depends on if he has enough time to get into the shape he needs or wants to be in.

Yep…not a lot of weight on his frame. Similar to the time frame Blair came back from. Will be close to the start of camp.

This injury is on the left side. He will have plenty of time to get his arm back in shape. Pins and plates do wonders with healing. He starts unless he has a setback in the next two weeks.
Hasnt started throwing yet but very close.

We played the last 8 games in basically a must win scenario starting with Wash St. Last night was the first game in 2 months we could afford to lose and we clearly relaxed a little. Not trying to make excuses but we obviously looked ahead putting our focus on the Championship game and it hampered our prep for TDS.

Boom. Huge get…9 starters return on O. D-Line, DE’s, LB’s, Corners all in great shape…need a couple of safeties to step up and we don’t miss a beat.

Lol…you’re right but it was decided a few weeks ago if we won the South.
He played last year so would only have 2 years left if he played in all 3. This is the one to miss.

We’ve known Moss was turning pro since before the season started unless something went very wrong. This injury doesn’t change that. It’s completely up to his draft grade.
