Jane was a fantastic tennis player and a class act. We met a few times in the Fall of 75. The next summer I literally ran into her in London as she left a laundromat and I exited the music store next door. She was there for Wimbledon.

Just as there are limits on the number of scholarships a school can give in a year, there should be a limit on the number of portal transfers. This would protect some kids from getting pushed out the door and also put some limits on schools.

I was friends with Juddy and would play pickup games with he and some of the other players. Karl Bankowski was one tough guy. Even in pickup games you could not go across the lane without catching an elbow in the chest. He is the kind of player the Utes need.

I have gone to several University sponsored bowl game tailgates and while the atmosphere is enjoyable, the food has not been worth the cost.

The more time passes, the better the chance that Morgan is the next head coach. If/when it happens, the past problem will again be pushed to the forefront and he will need to be prepared to address it out of the gate. One thing to remember when buying tickets at the Rose Bowl is that seats below row 10 are mostly obstructed by the people standing on sidelines.

My daughter used to live in Thousand Oaks and we stayed a number of times at the Palm Garden. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast included, easy onto freeway.

I watched Brown is different the last few games than the prior games. It appears that he has some sort of lower body injury impacting his running ability.

The academic ineligibility claim is bogus because he would not have needed to be eligible until fall camp and by NCAA rule, a player needs to be academically eligible at his current school to transfer to another school.

He started taking official visits a couple of weeks after Helton was fired. Has visited Texas, Ole Miss and Ohio State.

The only thing I can think of is that the coaches told him that they were going to have him sign in February not December. The older brother of the Calvert brothers was committed to USC until they told him the same thing and he hopped over to UCLA
