I’m of the opinion we won’t make it back to the CFP until we do. Honestly there is a lot of parity in this league, and the press, and the public do not appreciate it at all. Oregon… lost to ASU in 2019, Stanford this year… I kind of think Oregon will win out. I know Verdell is gone, but they’re probably going to use this loss as fuel and come up 11-1.

If ASU and UCLA go down tonight (both are trailing G5 opponents) then Oregon is it for undefeated Pac teams. I think the win over Ohio State will be outright dismissed as a fluke after this week.

It’s sort of an average finish type deal I guess. The Utes come in at 25. Washington, USC, and Oregon are the only other Pac-12 teams on the list, and all finish higher than Utah of course.

It’s an experimental drug. The ones you mentioned have all been approved, with decades of longitudinal data proving their general safety and efficacy. We’re still in human trials of these COVID vaccines. That’s a big difference between what you’re trying to compare.
