Agree with @Utes 69. Poll might be more accurate if it was multiple choice:

A) Home Run hire
B) Best Utah could get under the circumstances
C) Meh
D) Some warts but not a complete miss
E) DOOM (nod to @UtesbyFive)

I’d vote C on the above and 0 on the star system because even one star means added value.
