I’d be shocked if he doesn’t! Seems like all you have to do is sneeze and fart at the same time and prove it to the judge and they’ll give you an extra year of eligibility back.
There are even players skipping out on playing in CFP games who are in the portal.
Also, the CFP has made bowl games meaningless.
